slime.hq is a volunteer, community-run project. By using the site at slimehq.live and its features, you acknowledge and agree to the following. This Disclaimer is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. "As Is," At Your Own Risk
Everything on slime.hq is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, current, or uninterrupted. You use slime.hq entirely at your own risk.
2. No Financial or Performance Promises
slime.hq is free to participate in and offers no payment, compensation, or financial benefit of any kind. We make no guarantee or representation regarding viewership, followers, subscribers, donations, income, growth, exposure, or any other result. Do not participate expecting any financial or promotional outcome. Nothing here is financial, business, legal, or professional advice.
3. Opt-In Participation
Creators appear only because they have voluntarily opted in (by holding the @creator role and linking their own Twitch via /settwitch). Participation is optional and can be ended at any time via /removetwitch or by leaving the community.
4. Accuracy of Information
Live status, stream details, viewer counts, schedules, and other information are pulled from third-party services and may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or incorrect. Event times and lineups may change without notice. Do not rely on slime.hq as an authoritative source.
Members-only guild-portal content, including game data, gear stats, theorycrafted builds, solver rankings, weapon-mastery tree rank ladders and the investment modelling built on them, and any performance or DPS figures, is compiled from public game databases and third-party content creators. A small number of guild-portal entries are authored by us rather than compiled from anyone else. Those are labelled on the entry itself, carry no external sourcing, and are our own independent assessment rather than a community consensus or a verified fact; they must not be read or cited as though a third party stood behind them. They are provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness, they are opinion about a video game and nothing else, and any reliance on them is at your own risk. Tree-node figures are read from published rank data and are not interpolated between ranks; where a node publishes no rank data, none is shown or estimated. In-game costs shown for a tree node are the cost to open that node only, because no per-rank price exists in the source data, so they are a floor rather than a total. Any performance or DPS figures are unverified estimates, not measured or reproducible in-game parses, and change with patches; do not rely on them. Some build notes are attributed to named third-party creators (for example, YouTube creators); those are that creator's own opinions and theorycraft, do not represent slime.hq, and are not verified by us. Citing a creator does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by or of, that creator. All game names, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
5. Third-Party Content & Links
Live video is displayed through Twitch's official embedded player; that content belongs to the respective streamers and/or Twitch, and we are not responsible for it. The site links to third-party sites and services we do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Advertisements served by Google may appear on the site. We do not endorse, review, or vet advertiser content, and we are not responsible for advertiser products, services, or claims. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser. slime.hq is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Google.
6. No Affiliation
slime.hq is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Twitch, Discord, Amazon, or any game publisher or platform. All product names, logos, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, slime.hq and its operators, volunteers, and contributors will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or anything displayed on or linked from it.
